Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Chain of Custody certification confirms that the wood and natural fiber materials used in our furniture can be traced back to responsibly managed forests. This is increasingly required by European retailers and public procurement contracts.

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 standard, covering all aspects of production from material receiving to finished goods dispatch. The certification confirms documented processes, measurable quality objectives, and continuous improvement practices.

SVLK
Timber Legality
The Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu (SVLK) is Indonesia's mandatory timber legality assurance system. It verifies that all timber and wood-based products are sourced from legal and sustainable origins — a requirement for exporting wood products from Indonesia to the EU under the EU Timber Regulation (EUTR).
All our teak, mango wood, and bamboo materials are covered under this certificate. V-Legal export documents are issued with every EU-bound shipment.
EUDR
Ready 2025
We are fully prepared for the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) requirements. Our geolocation data, sourcing declarations, and supply chain documentation are in place to support our buyers' due diligence obligations under the regulation.
We work with buyers to provide all required evidence: geo-coordinates of harvest areas, supplier declarations, and chain of custody documentation. Our compliance was verified by an independent EU-based sustainability consultant in Q4 2024.
Sedex
SMETA Audited
We are a registered Sedex member and have completed a SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) assessment covering labor standards, health & safety, environment, and business ethics. This is required by many European retail chains and brand buyers.
Our SMETA report confirms: no forced labor, no child labor, fair wages, safe working conditions, and compliant working hours. Report available to verified buyers on request via Sedex platform.
Every EU-bound shipment from Rajawali Rattan is accompanied by a full set of trade documents. These are prepared by our in-house export team and issued by the relevant Indonesian government authorities.
