Our Production Process

We source premium rattan poles from certified suppliers in Kalimantan and Sulawesi. Every batch is inspected for diameter consistency, moisture content, and structural integrity before entering production.

Rattan is fumigated, heat-treated, and kiln-dried to meet international phytosanitary standards. This eliminates pests and ensures dimensional stability across varying climates.

Skilled craftspeople use steam-bending techniques to shape rattan frames. Templates and jigs ensure dimensional accuracy and consistency across production runs.

Frames are joined using traditional binding techniques combined with modern adhesives and screws where required for structural strength and load-bearing performance.

Experienced weavers apply rattan peel or PE rattan to create the decorative and functional surfaces. Most weaving patterns take 4–8 hours per piece depending on complexity.

Natural, stained, or painted finishes are applied in multiple coats in our dedicated spray booth. Water-based and UV-resistant lacquers are available for outdoor products.

QC inspections occur at raw material intake, post-assembly, post-weaving, post-finishing, and pre-packing stages. Pre-shipment inspection by third parties (SGS, Bureau Veritas) is available on request.

Products are individually wrapped in PE foam or bubble wrap, packed in strong export cartons, and loaded into containers with professional strapping and load securing.
