Ordering & Minimum Quantities

MOQ varies by product type. Chairs and tables generally have an MOQ of 10–30 pieces per style, while baskets and smaller items may require 50–100 pieces. For mixed container orders, we accommodate varied quantities across multiple SKUs. Contact us to discuss your specific needs — we're flexible for first-time trial orders.

Yes. We regularly ship mixed-product containers. A 20' FCL can typically hold 150–250 chairs or an equivalent mix of furniture items. We provide a detailed loading plan and carton dimensions to help you calculate container utilisation. Our logistics team can assist you in planning the optimal container mix.

Yes, we can send pre-production samples for your approval. Standard catalog samples are available at sample price plus shipping cost. For custom/OEM samples, a sample development fee applies (deductible from mass production order). Lead time for standard samples is typically 7–14 business days.

Our standard catalogue contains over 500 SKUs across chairs, tables, sofas, daybeds, baskets, and decorative accessories. We expand our catalogue seasonally and also offer full OEM/ODM development for buyers who need exclusive designs. You can request our full product catalogue PDF by contacting our sales team.

Shipping & Logistics

We export on FOB Tanjung Priok (Jakarta), CIF, or C&F terms depending on buyer preference. We work with trusted freight forwarders and can provide competitive shipping rates to major ports worldwide. We can also work Ex-Works for buyers using their own forwarder. The main export port is Tanjung Priok, with transit to Tanjung Perak (Surabaya) available for larger volumes.

Standard catalog items: 30–45 days from order confirmation and deposit payment. Custom or OEM items: 45–75 days including sample approval. Delivery time to major ports varies: Europe 25–35 days, USA East Coast 30–40 days, Australia 12–18 days, Middle East 18–25 days. We'll provide a confirmed production schedule upon order placement.

Under CIF terms, we arrange freight booking with our partner forwarders and provide all export documentation. We do not handle customs clearance in the destination country (that is the importer's responsibility), but we can recommend local customs brokers in major markets. All export documents are provided in advance to facilitate smooth clearance.

Payments & Terms

We accept T/T (wire transfer) as our standard payment method: 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance against copy Bill of Lading before shipment. For established buyers with good trading history, we can discuss L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight. We also accept Wise (formerly TransferWise) and Payoneer for smaller transactions.

We can offer extended payment terms for verified buyers with established trading history. L/C at 30, 60, or 90 days sight is available for orders above USD 50,000. Usance L/C terms can be discussed for repeat buyers. Please discuss this with our export team during initial negotiations.

Quality & Certifications

We hold ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), SVLK (Indonesian timber legality), FSC® Chain of Custody, and Sedex SMETA (social & ethical audit). We provide phytosanitary certificates and certificates of origin per shipment. Third-party pre-shipment inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas can be arranged at buyer's cost.

We offer both natural rattan (primarily indoor use — covered outdoor spaces acceptable) and PE synthetic rattan on powder-coated aluminum frames (fully weatherproof for outdoor use). Outdoor PE rattan products are UV-tested for 1,000+ hours and suitable for poolside and garden use. We clearly mark product specifications so you can select the right range for your climate and market.

Our production defect rate is under 0.8% based on our internal QC data. In the event of manufacturing defects found post-delivery, we offer replacement parts or credit notes for the affected items on the next order. We do not accept full container returns due to shipping cost implications, but we work with buyers fairly on a case-by-case basis to resolve any quality issues.
