Our workshop in Central Java is home to artisans who have inherited weaving techniques passed down through generations. Each piece is inspected by hand before leaving the factory. No shortcuts. No compromises.
We source only grade-A rattan stems from certified Indonesian forests. Each batch is inspected for diameter, moisture, and structural integrity.
Rattan poles are steam-bent and lashed into structural frames by our specialist carpenters. Every joint is tested for load-bearing capacity.
Master weavers apply traditional Indonesian patterns using rattan peel, seagrass, or water hyacinth — all woven tightly by hand without staples.
Three-stage sanding, followed by natural oil or custom lacquer finishing. We can match any RAL color or stain specification from buyers.
Every piece undergoes a 23-point inspection. We test joints, finish, dimensions, and weight load before items are approved for packing.
Items are packed with PE foam, carton, and wood pallet. We provide FCL and LCL consolidation with full ISPM 15 compliance for Europe.
